Ben Leo Hollis (or Bleo) is a student from Leicester, currently studying an MSci in Biodiversity & Conservation at University College London.
On 1 August 2018, he set off solo, with a very limited budget, on a 13-month trip to cycle from Leicester, UK to Brisbane, Australia to raise money for the Campaign for Female Education, Cool Earth and Stand Against Racism & Inequality.
After completing the trip he is now studying at UCL working towards his goal of a rainforest-related career, starting out in South America.
He is also working hard to edit and release the short films documenting the trip that he shot whilst on the road, as well as working on a book and his first solo photography exhibition.
He likes National Geographic quite a bit.
